My goal for this year is to end it with at least one $30,000 month under my belt.
Is $30,000 a month possible with affiliate marketing?
For sure.
Am I going to get there by EOY?
It’s looking highly unlikely – but I won’t rule it out just yet.
It also seemed unlikely in April that I will get to my first $10,000 a month by my 30th, but I managed that just in time so I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
The reason I bring this up is that goals and income-targets are a must-have in this business.
I’m not going to lecture you on why goals are important, but I will tell you that since an online business can be a very “lonely” type of job;
You do need to come up with a way to measure your progress, and income goals are the best way to do it.
So what are your income goals & how do you plan on getting there?
You should know this because knowing how much you want to earn can even help you pick products to promote that will get you there sooner.
For example, if you want to make $1,000 a month by the end of the year, you’ll have a better chance at getting there promoting a $500 product vs a $15 product.
What would you be happy earning and what would allow you to live your *ultimate* lifestyle?
If you haven’t already, go and update your Wealthy Affiliate profile with some goals.
(& come up with some proper goals too).
Don’t just be happy with $10 and don’t write down some foolishness like “100 billion dollars” to achieve your dream lifestyle.
My first target was $1,000, second target $10,000, but that’s just me.
